Grants & Scholarships 

The total cost of the trip is $8,095​

In order to make it affordable for every family many organizations have come together to offer various grants, incentives and scholarships.

 

With this philanthropic support you will be able to send

your teen to Israel for as low as $1,500*

 

The list of available scholarships: 

 

Root One Voucher ($3,000 OFF) - regardless of family's income 

Any Bay Area's Jewish teen that is currently in 9,10,11,12 grade

​

CTeen National Network Grant ($1,600) - regardless of family income

Any Bay Area's Jewish teen that is currently in in 9,10,11,12 grade

​

Jewish Federation Bay Area - $900 OFF regardless of family income

Geographic area: Nine SF Bay Area counties**

​

Bay Area Jewish Youth Network - $500 OFF regardless of family income

Any Bay Area's Jewish teen that is currently in in 9,10,11,12 grade

​

RSJC Fund: For teens from the Russian-speaking families

$500 OFF for every teen regardless of family income

 

Teen Leadership Grant - $250 OFF for those teens who lead

Jewish Teen Clubs / Group or graduated from Israel education program

or any Jewish teen leadership programs.

 

Additional scholarships available based on teen's family income

(pricing depends on the number of Bay Area participants and eligibility

for RootOne Voucher & other grant subsidies)

** Families that live in Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Mountain View, San Jose, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Saratoga, Sunnyvale would not qualify for the grant from the Jewish Federation Bay Area. Instead, they will have to apply for scholarships from Jewish Silicon Valley
